Good day Associate Dean (Studies),
My name is Mercedes Pringle (10043388) and I am appealing to add the course PSYC 456 Theory of mind, taught by Professor Sabbagh in this winter term 2016. I am in need of an additional Psych 400 level course in order to graduate this semester and received notification of this quite late in the week of the add/drop period. I should have noticed this myself but lately have been dealing with quite a few psychological stressors of my own and was quite distracted. Unfortunately, this led to me missing the deadline for the add/drop period.
I have obtained the go ahead from both Jill Atkinson (currently in the position of academic advisor as Allison Leverette is out) who has said that she will support this appeal in addition to Professor Sabbagh who also as agreed to let me into his course late.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: I recognise there is significant work to catch up on and am willing to put in the extra effort this requires. I have already spoken to Professor Sabbagh about this. I am also glad to say that I have friends in this course who have agreed to assist me in catching up on materials and notes and have dealt with the personal issues that had befallen me during my absentmindedness.
