Petition Letter

Petition Letter: Dear Dr. Bénard and Ms. Blake,

I sincerely thank you for going through my application in a timely fashion and waiving the 21-day deadline. I really appreciate this.
My issues outlined in my previous letter took place from the end of the summer of 2014 till around late November, early December of 2014. I realize I referred to second year as being my worst year on record which is true but surprisingly I was dealing with more issues in my third year at Queen's. I know it's no excuse but I mixed up my dates in the original letter and thought I had taken the courses I am appealing in my second year.
Cynthia's (my sister) letter also referred to my second year and I don't know why that is but I'm sure she'll be willing to clear it up and I'll ask her to write another letter if need be. I'm so sorry about all this confusion.
The other courses I took around this time, I did not do so well in either but I decided to retake ECON 222, and RELS 266 is a relatively low-workload and easier class. As I mentioned in my previous letter, I had stopped seeing HCDS because I did not like my experience there so I unfortunately don't have any official documentation.
I am dealing with a lot of physical health issues right now but as soon as some of them are cleared up, I will be going in to see a counsellor to help me through my ongoing issues. I am still in ECON 262 and hopefully that will also boost my ECON plan GPA. If you have any questions or need some more clarification, I will be more than happy to oblige.

Thank you so much for your time and consideration,
Yvonne Ehinlaiye
