Petition Letter: Associate Dean (Studies),

I am appealing to be re-enrolled in GRMN 102 - 002 (Winter 2016)

The circumstances of my appeal as follows:
I am a student that was enrolled in German 102-002 since the beginning of the year. The day before I left I for a conference in Ottawa last week, I had noticed that I did not have access to the GRMN 102 moodle anymore, and went to the Arts&Science department to find out why. They told me that because I had received a C- in 101, and the pre-requisite is a C, I would not be able to take the course unless I went through the appeal process. I have received the assent of the Professor of the class as well as the Undergraduate Chair, LLCU to be re-enrolled in the class.

I have all the necessary course content (textbook & online homework access)for the class, and have attended the class lectures since my appeal has been submitted. I have also continued to complete the online homework assignments as to not fall behind. I have the drive, time and dedication to study this course and I hope you would consider my appeal.
