Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,
I am currently in my fourth year in Economics at Queen's. I am appealing in order to get into an online course for the winter semester. I did not realize that I need one more course, or three units, to graduate in June. I am appealing because I did not make this realization until after the add/drop period, and it was an honest mistake. I am want to be able to graduate on time with my fellow classmates, and not have to take a summer course. I have spoken with the instructor and she has assured me that I will be able to catch up and that I will not be too far behind as it is an online course.
I am very adamant about getting into this course, I am ready to excel and give the course lots of my attention so I can catch up and stay ahead. With the knowledge that I need this course in order to attend convocation in June I am extremely determined to do well and give the course my very best.
Thank you very much for your consideration I look forward to hearing back soon, and truly hope I can be added into WRIT 225.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: Since I am only three courses this semester, as that is all I thought I needed, I already have a reduced course load. Thus, with the addition of one online course I will still be able to succeed in all of my courses as well as catch up in this one. I have already taking a writing course, so I know what to expect and I know how to do even better this time around. With the knowledge that I need this one course to graduate on time I will be working my very hardest to do my absolute best in this course.
