Dear Sir or Madam,

Re: Request for Course Enrolment

I would appreciate if you could allow me to enrol into a course ¿¿Health Studies 102¿.
Unfortunately, I made not a very good choice with planning courses for this school year. I took Organic chemistry with laboratory, but this is a very advanced course for Biology students and it is really not required for my program, particularly not the laboratory part. I already completed Organic Chemistry 1 and this is only requirement for biology students. Therefore, I have dropped this advanced organic chemistry, and now I need one more course.
Health Studies corresponds very well with my needs and my authentic interests, and I am very enthusiastic about this course. Since I have presently enough time, I am confident that I will be able to catch up with other students in this course and compensate the missed lectures. Additionally, I have friends who are attending this course and they can give me their notes from lectures.

I hope that you will be able to assist me with this a bit later enrolment. It will be highly appreciated.

Yours sincerely,
Michael Kolar
Bachelor of Science (Biology) Candidate, Class 2018

Academic Plan

Academic Plan: As outlined in my letter, I will be able to devote enough time to HLTH 102 in the next couple of weeks and even longer. I have already covered some sections of this course in other classes and I am quite familiar with these topics. Additionally I have a couple of friends who are already taking this course and they will provide me with the course notes.
