Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am appealing to drop the course Biology 103 late due to medical circumstances. I became very sick at the end of the Fall 2015 semester resulting in me having to take a medical leave, which then extended into the first few weeks of the winter semester. At this time, I dropped two other courses thinking I could handle the course load for this class. However, it ended up being a continuos illness, where I was officially diagnosed with a medical condition mid- semester. This resulted in me not being able to properly prepare and write the final exam for the course. I am attaching my two original medical notes used for my previous course appeal as well as a letter from my doctor confirming the circumstances.
