Petition Letter

Petition Letter: I wanted to drop one of my summer courses this year, but I ended up dropping a course that I wanted to keep.
I was enrolled in the course, HIST 260 until I clicked on a drop button days after the add/drop date.
This is troubling me because this course is an intensive course where I need to participate in weekly discussions and frequent assignments.. When I have asked the professor about a possible makeup sessions for these discussions, in case I miss them, he told me that there was no make up... As you can see, it is imperative for me to be enrolled back soon as possible.
Thank you for reviewing my appeal
Angela

Academic Plan

Academic Plan: I have chosen to drop my summer courses to one, so that I can focus on one course at a time to balance my summer schedule. I need a high average upon my graduation for a program that I wanted to get into following year... So it is important for me to be enrolled in this summer course because I have not been very successful in my academic career during my senior years at Queen's.
