Petition Letter: Dear, to whom it may concern
Throughout the course of the year, I've struggled with two hospitalization and two severe debilitating anxiety disorders which have had a tremendous influence on my academic standings. Not only has my attentiveness been affected, but my sleep cycle has become immensely poor due to such severe anxiety.
This has made attending class and dealing with my work load incredibly hard.
Due to these issues with mental health, I would like to gain appeal for three classes. Gender Opportune-Women's Work, Queer/Race Studies and Feminist Thought. I've obtained a C in Gender Opportune-Women's Work and a C minus in Queer/Race Studies and Feminist Thought.
If you would like my psychiatrist to contact you about my hospitalizations and severe anxiety, please let me know and I would be happy to assist you
