RE: Appeal to drop course, CISC 101 past the academic deadline of May 27, 2016

Dear Associate Dean:

I am formally requesting that I be permitted to drop CISC 101 without academic penalty, even though today¿¿s date is beyond the official deadline of May 27, 2016 for dropping a course. This is due to personal extenuating circumstances, which I will further explain in a proper appeal letter that I will be submitting later this week. In addition, my parents and a healthcare professional will also be providing substantiating evidence of my circumstances.
