Petition Letter
Petition Letter: I have been suffering from severe depression for the last several years. As a result, I was not able to complete all of my courses in the Fall 2015, Winter 2015 & Fall 2016, Winter 2016 Semesters and failed to appeal these grades in time.
My mental health issues have persisted for the past several years, I have to returned home to seek the support of my family in my time of need.
I have sent letters from my family doctor, my psycho-therapist and a psychoeducational assessment through the mail to the Dean of Studies.
