Petition Letter: Dear Sir or Madam,
I am sorry about missing the last drop date. For art history course, we do not have mid-term test, we have slide test.
However the grade of my second slide test only can be known after the last drop date. Actually I thought the grade would
be good, but the result was really bad. I know I would get a academic penalty if I drop the course after the deadline. After
my first slide test, even the grade was bad but I still wanted to make an effort. Probably I should drop this course after my
first slide test. I really do not want to get the academic penalty¿could you help me
