Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,
I am asking to waive the appeal deadline so my appeal to waive the requirement to withdraw can be heard.
I was unable to make the deadline to appeal for an essay was not finished being marked, and therefore my final grade was not complete until early July and my requirement to withdraw was not official until this date.
Below is a copy of the emails between Professor C. Fanning and myself.
Dear Kathleen:
June 15 is fine, if that's how it works out. Please let me know to look for it whenever it is sent. Don't panic. I'll resolve your grade as quickly as possible once I've got the essay.

Hi Professor Fanning
Got back from my trip so here's my essay Thanks again for being so understanding. If you haven't already, maybe check the junk mail bin... My landlord gets my emails there so maybe thats where it is Hope your summer is going well.

As this final essay got lost in cyber space and I was out of the country until June 15th, that was the earliest day this essay could have been marked.
Thank you for your time and support,
