Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: To Whom it May Concern:

I am currently enrolled in the WRIT 125 course, as a visiting student (non degree),and would like to apply for an appeal to the course drop deadline.

I identify as a person with serious and persistent mental health, and am having more struggles than I expected in managing my first online distance education program course.
Already I have missed one assignment, potentially a second upcoming, and am very confused with regards to communication and expectation regarding grades for assignments handed in and finding my way around the website.
My TA is Nicole Pacas.
Further to that, I am being evicted from my long term housing as my landlords are selling the property and Im having a challenging time managing the impending loss of safe, secure housing.
