Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Upon returning from Queens University in April 2016 - I registered for 2 online courses. Before the online courses commenced I was informed by Queens that I should not return to the University for 2nd year and to take a year off. However, I did not apply to drop the online courses as I was not aware that I had to do so given that the university did not want me back. I attempted to apply for my transcript last month but my account was blocked. I was told I had to pay for the 2 online courses that I did not take in order for my account to be unblocked and then appeal for a refund. Therefore, I am requesting a refund of the money I paid last month for the two courses. I did not download any of the course material, I did not do any of the work for those online courses.
