Petition Letter: From October 2015 to March 2017, I have numerous sudden medical issues which required extensive hospitalization, surgery's. Diagnosed with Compartment Syndrome (October 2015), Brain Tumor (surgery June 2016), Status Eplilepticus (October 2016), second brain surgery (March 2017). Throughout i have attempted to return to school fulltime twice only to have to leave again for more critcal medical treatment. The medications that I am required to take have numerous side effect, confusion, dizzyness, nausea, vomiting, and decreased concentration. This last surgery I am, along with my medical specialists will be my last. They will be decreasing my medications over the summer with the goal of returning full time in the fall of 2017. I wish to give my best effort on this course and I am requesting this extension so I am able to accomplish a good grade for the fall return. Thank you for your consideration.
