Petition Letter: Due to poor mental health, which also affects my physical health I have not been able to fully commit myself to this course. I had to leave school last year on medical leave because of this and unfortunately this issues have stayed with me throughout the year. I have been travelling back and forth from Kingston to Montreal for the past semester as I was just put into a program at the Doulas Hospital. I needed to go in for weekly visits, which took a big toll on me, and I was taking on more than I could handle. The stress of completing this course is taking a big toll on my health, so I would be extremely grateful if I didn't need too feel this way anymore. Thank you so much for your time.
