New Information: As of May 3, 2017, the grade posted for MATH 281 is incorrect. I did not write the midterm or final examination, knowing that I was going to have to drop the course (therefore receiving an F). The instructor, Professor Lewis has emailed me, letting me know that the correct course grade will be shown shortly on Solus. See the attached email discussion.
In addition, I am trying to appeal for credit scores in MATH 110 and STAT 353 for the same reasons as stated in the original appeal. Previously, I was unaware of this possibility. Due to my sickness I missed 2 midterm tests and several homework assignments in MATH 110 and the midterm examination as well as several homework assignments for STAT 353. These events had substantial impacts on my grades in these courses.
Finally, I have attached a note (mentioned in the previous appeal) from the heart specialist, stating that I received an echocardiogram in December, 2016.
