Petition Letter
Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,
I am writing you to request an aegrotat standing for PSYC 205. Over the past 2 years, I have been dealing with mental health issues which have caused me significant stress. Furthermore, I am taking a couple of courses this summer which will allow me to graduate once completed. If I were to be granted an aegrotat standing in the course, it would allow me to focus on my other exam (which is weighted at 50) and give me a much higher chance at success. I have spoken to my professor, who has given me support for my application. There will likely be documentation of my mental health issues on file; however, I can provide updated documentation upon request.
Thank you for your consideration, I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Ryan Grossman - 10064076
