Re: Appeal for 21-day term wavier for HIST337 (fall 2016)
Based on extenuating circumstances beyond my control which is an on going acute medical condition (approved by Queens Wellness Centre), I would like to appeal for a term waiver for the 21-day appeals process in order to be able to submit final outstanding work for HIST337 and complete the course; the last course I require to graduate.
Professor Ariel Salzman is willing to accept my last outstanding work to be assessed and grades granted accordingly.
At the time the issues I was dealing with did not allow me to continue this class and therefore I was forced to ask for an extension. Completing HIST337 is vital to my degree plan and I require it to graduate. This would be the last course I require for concluding my studies and being able to concentrate on getting better.
