Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: Hello,

I am currently looking to continue my education here at Queen's, going into my second year. My only hope of being able to afford this is through OSAP. Before they can provide funding for me, however, they are asking for documents that explain my poor academic standing in first year.

I provided these documents to you (a letter from the residence Counsellor, a transcript, and accompanying medical information) in my appeal to have two courses dropped from my transcript just before this summer. As I have been unable to find these documents, I am hoping you might be able to send them to me.
