Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: After I heard of my grandmother's illness, I traveled to Ottawa to see her. Unfortunately, her situation deteriorated and I stayed along her side over the week. That time coincided with my midterm exam which was on October 24. I request that the committee consider my appeal, as this situation has affected my grade.
