Dear Madam/Sir,
This is Sinuo Du, my student number is 10190111. I want to apply academic appealing for PSYC 205 and PSYC 100 for the 2017 summer term. My health condition is not well enough to support me finish my courses successfully.
For the summer courses that I took in 2017, I was supposed to finish the courses in summer, but I was accepting the psychological therapy all the time due to depression. Dr. Arunima Khanna can prove that and also offered documentation. So, I was accepting psychological therapy and consulting during the summer when I went back to China.
I tried to study and do every single assignment and quiz. I asked for the proctor to do the final exam. But after I did my exams, I was being told that the school didn't receive my exam papers and they can¿¿t contact my proctor too. Since I was in China, the email didn't really properly (since China will block something from abroad), when I got that email from school, it was already too late. I tried to email my proctor and he didn't reply me as well. So, he lost my exam papers and I have no grade for those two courses. And the final grade is F for both. I can provide the screenshot of the email that school sent to me. If you need the documentation from Dr. Arunima Khanna again, I can ask her to send it again.
School considered my health condition and change my status into part-time student, in order to switch back to full-time student, I need to improve my GPA, and I¿¿m studying really hard and fully focused on my academic now to achieve that. I don't want let my parents down and I¿¿m trying my best to do well at school, I¿¿m international student, and the tuition fee is also a burden for me and my family. I will be fully appreciated for your consideration. Looking for your kind reply.
