Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: I found three email threads to show the timeline in how recent my ENGL 100 grade change was requested.

The first document/email occurred after I met Dr Pierce in his office in the first week of September and he asked for me to resend him my last two essays since he hadn't marked them yet. We had an arrangement for me to submit my last two assignments over the summer so that a grade change could be made.

The second document shows an email sent to me from Dr Pierce on Sept 15th asking me if I had a copy of my marked 2nd assignment (not to be confused with my last two essays, this one was submitted in December for 1st term). He was unable to find my mark for that essay.

The third document shows an email sent to me the day after when we were able to find the last mark (Sept 16th).

I noticed that the grade change was applied in the last week, hence why this appeal was just submitted.

I also just noticed in a previous document that I submitted that my academic advisor suggested that I submit my appeal after I receive my CLST 101 mark but she doesn't mention my ENGL 100 mark. I'm afraid that at the time of our meeting, we were under the impression that my ENGL 100 mark would have been changed before my CLST 101 final mark were to be posted. She must not have felt the need to mention ENGL 100 or we forgot to put it in writing and I regret that the email reads that way. I hope that helps clarify some things if there was any confusion.
