Petition Letter

Petition Letter: I was unaware that this was an option to my case. In January of 2017, I was hit in the head during a sports event and had an ongoing concussion well into the summer. I dropped 2 courses that semester believing that i could handle the course load of 3 classes. 2 of the classes I was enrolled in for that semester were light on memorization and easy to perform under the circumstances. HLTH 252 on the other hand, was memorization heavy and my concussion severely limited my ability to succeed in this course.

Petition Letter

Petition Letter: I got a really bad concussion and thought I could handle the smaller course load and was unable to perform. I arranged an extended deadline for ANAT 316 with my professor but was unable to complete it, so I decided to take the entire course over again. I am requesting to please have the F removed and the D turned into a CR s I was unable to adequately function due to a severe head injury.
