Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: My name is Brian Kim (student number:200241409) and I previously attended Queens university last year. However, I just realized that unknowingly I am currently enrolled in RELS 163-001 and in the tutorial -002. I am currently attending York university, and did not realize I was still enrolled in this course. I emailed the professor of RELS 163(Ian Cuthbertson) and he attested to the fact that I have only logged on to the ONQ twice on April 3,2018, and that I have not read any of the online course materials or completed any of the course assignments. I can prove my lack of attendance from the fact that I am currently enrolled in York University this year and my current address (Richmond Hill), Therefore, I am asking for the ability to currently drop the course without academic penalty or appearance on my transcript for I was not aware of the fact I was enrolled in this course nor was I able to attend the course. I have attached the email from Professor Cuthbertson, the T2202A Tuition and Education Amounts Certificate at York University (which has my address) , and Verification of Enrollment and Registration Letter at York University.
