Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: This year I received academic consideration for some of my courses after suffering from bereavement related mental health struggles. Following the passing of a close friend, I flew home during the winter semester to attend funerals and celebrations of life missing some of my classes and coursework. I completed the majority of my coursework, prioritizing my fourth year courses and required courses, during the Winter semester. With this academic consideration I was able to get an extension on my assignments for my first year elective MUSC 156. I have been in constant communication with the professor Matt Rogalsky finishing my final assignments and have finished 75 of the course work. These assignments and the credits for this course are the only thing left in order for me to graduate. Due to the considerations granted to me during the semester I would like to request an AG standing, being marked on the work I have already completed. Request 1: Receive AG standing in MUSC 156.

Request 2: I applied and received confirmation that LLCU 249 was a P.I.C. yet on SOLUS it shows as a letter grade rather than a pass or fail. It believe it should be changed to a pass.
