Petition Letter: To Whom it May Concern:
I am requesting to add the course BCHM 218 past the add deadline. I had taken this course during Winter 2018 and received a D, however, I needed to receive a minimum of a C due to School of Computing Requirements and now I will not be able to graduate in May. I just found out my grade since I had written the final exam late due to unforeseen personal circumstances. Due to this I have now missed the add deadline of May 11th - today is May 14th. If I am not able to enrol in the Summer version of BCHM 218, then I will not be eligible for Fall Convocation either.
Thank you for your time and consideration, I sincerely appreciate it. Your decision will be allow me to graduate this year and that will make the world of a difference to me.
