Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I submitted an appeal for Aegrotat Standing for ARTH242 and ENIN 301 in February because of failing to complete the final assignments for both courses due to metal illness. The academic counselor from the appeal office suggested that I should contact my professors to ask if I could still submit my assignments since I almost finished the works. However I did not contact my professors because as I stated in my previous appeal letter, I become extremely nervous when confronting professors, and I sometimes could not even check my emails. I inquired my academic advisor about whether it is possible for me to appeal for Credit Standing for ARTH242 and ENIN301, she suggested me to submit a new appeal. As to STAT 263, I was very nervous before the exam and during the exam. I kept having panic attacks and they prevented me from concentrating on the review and made me unable to sleep.
