Petition Letter

Petition Letter: During my second year study at Queen's university, I was fallen into depression, which is actually impact my pace and efficiency of study. Time is approximately from October 2017 to now. During my depression time, more specifically,I question myself all the time. For example, when I was programming, I usually forgot what i have done before and checked it again and again then moved forward and so on , which is actually consumed a lot of time in low-efficient study. Other point is that I could finished each quiz, test really fast, but most of the quiz i was the last one to handed in the quiz. This is because I had to consumed a great of time in each question and question each step of calculation even it is very simple. Then check all the question of quiz again and again, sometimes change most of them into a wrong answer. I can't believe that I can get that answer in just a few minutes with a simple calculation. but the fact is that it is true and can be proved by few of simple step.

Each time this emotion emerged, i would listen to the music. My song list only contain no more than 16 songs but i listened it for 5 years. The reason I focus on music is because my dream was hardly connected with it. Once my music start, i will stop anything i do. Then a complete outline of my future product could let me back to peace. This could not keep a long time, but i have try for so many times.

Academic Plan

Academic Plan: For the future success, I will retake prerequisite course like CISC 204, CISC 220 at 2018 fall term, which make sure i can achieve lowest requirement of GPA 1.6. I actually failed 3 course(CISC124,204 and 220) at 2017 fall term but I have pass CISC124 at 2018 winter term. For the 2018 summer term( May - July), I have enrolled 2 course( WRIT125 and COMM 200) for raising my GPA and i believe I can achieve 1.60 at end of this term because i have apply my new study plan. Speaking of the change of my study plan, I will firstly start from reducing my workload each term to keep myself in high academic standing, then arrange my time to discuss with academic adviser and psychologist regularly.I will also relax myself and try to believe anything i study in each courses. Chatting with professor to acquire suggestion for my dream game and begin to looking for group mates to develop it together.
I will also change plan once my GPA reach 2.60. Math is not the plan i like to study, but the Game Development option under software design is.

Detail of my course plan:
2018 summer term: WRIT125, COMM 200
2018 fall term: CISC204, CISC220, PHIL157
2019 winter term : CISC221, CISC235, CISC226, CISC260, CISC223

I really want to stay at queen's university to satisfy that I am able to come true my dream .
