Petition Letter: to whom it may concern,

I am formally writing you to ask to withdrawal from the courses listed. Unfortunately I have had to leave my husband after a physical assault occurred on September 16th. I have had to move out with 3 children arms. I can no longer afford to continue my studies at this point. I'm coming to you in hopes that I can have a full refund on my tuition. I have to find emergency housing for my children and self and that money could be better used for rent and groceries. It breaks my heart to be sending this letter as i had finally felt like i was going to be improving myself and my career. I missed the deadline to withdrawal by 2 days when i initially emailed the University. I am hoping you can still allow me to withdrawal without being penalized financially. The timing is awful but I'm just not financially nor mentally prepared to embark on this journey.
