Petition Letter: To whom it may concern,
I am first on the waiting list for CLST 305. I have attended every class and approached Dr. Colivicchi to be added to his class, to which he has supported. I require this class in order to graduate. I include a portion of the letter that Dr. Colivicchi has written in regards to my problem,
I am writing regarding the student Alan Townshend-Carter 6337630
Alan has been in the waiting list for CLST 305 Archaeology of the Etruscans and Early Romans from the beginning (enrolment cap 60) and has not been able to get in because nobody dropped the course. He has not missed a class.
My inclusion to the class will not exceed the seating capacity for our classroom.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: If my appeal is granted it will not impact the class, or inconvenience Dr. Colivicchi, as I have confirmed with him. It will allow me to graduate in June as per my plan. It will essentially be as if I have been in the class the whole time.
