Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I am appealing a late course drop as this semester I have sustained a pretty severe concussion around the end of September that greatly impacted my schoolwork and all of my courses. However, I am asking to drop only one specific course as my marks suffered the most and I feel that I could better manage just the four other courses. I have a sheet signed from the therapy zone in the ARC from an athletic therapist and doctor stating my physical injury to which I am still symptomatic of currently.
