To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to request formal withdrawal from the Fall classes in which I am currently enrolled at Queen¿¿s University. The primary reason for this request is that I require time to handle issues relating to my personal mental health. I have tried throughout this semester to manage my schoolwork while tackling these issues. However, I have come to realize that I am not currently able to give sufficient attention to either. Therefore, I have decided to return home to Massachusetts where I will have the support of my family and therapist. My hope is that I will be able to re-enroll in classes for Fall 2019. I am also considering enrollment in an online class for the Winter 2019 semester.
I appreciate the guidance and understanding I received from Student Services and thank you for your consideration of this request.
Sincerely,
Rachel Varden
