Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: Dear Associated Dean:
I think I need to explain why I submitted that apple in this late time. At that time, I was just a first year student and I am not so familiar the rule for applying ¿¿CR¿. Also, Math 120 is a one-year course and I wan¿¿t sure the final overall grades would be before May. I remembered the final overall grade was released on May 5th 2018. At that time, the summer holiday already started. I am an international students and I already back to China. Because at that time my date of contract for resident already expired and I had no place to live if I still stayed in Kingston. In this way, due to the far distance and the inconvenience of time difference, I was very inconvenient to contact academic advisor before I came back in September to ask what I need to do. Also, the summer-term course already started at that time, so I need to focus on that course to achieve high score and didn¿¿t have spare time to think about that. At the beginning of December, I knew that way for appealing ¿¿CR¿ from my academic advisor Kerri Andrews. By her helping, I submitted that request to state my special conditions for this course and appeal a ¿¿CR¿ for that. Please understood my special conditions and give me a chance to achieve my goals in the future. That chance is really important for me.
