Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I¿¿m Yuanhao Lou, student number 20024952, and I want to submit an appeal for my STAT 455 course. I had spontaneously pneumothorax last year and this disease came back to me over and over agin this year. Most of the time, my body will cure itself in 1-2 hours. When the pneumothorax happens, I will feel breathless and painful around my heart. Unfortunately, I think pneumothorax came to me when I was having my STAT 455 final. I was so tense and can barely focus on the question due to the pain. It is hard to prove my illness because my lung was cured by itself in later that night. However, I did stay in the KGH for about a week last year due to my spontaneously pneumothorax.
