Petition Letter: Dear Dr Crow,
I am requesting that my fall semester courses be dropped. During my fall semester at Queen's I had an extremely rough time. Just a couple weeks in I was overcome by an overwhelming sadness that has continued to stay with me. Although it has gradually got a bit better, it was at it's peak during my time at Queen's. I lost my appetite eating only one or two meals a day and I isolated myself from the outside world. I didn't tell my peers or my family what I was going through which only made it so I was suffering in silence.There wasn't a day where I dreaded getting out of bed in the morning. I am currently seeing a psychiatrist so that I can get back on my own to feet. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
