Petition Letter: It has just come to my attention that students who had taken BIOL 351 in the winter 2013 were able to have to course removed from their transcript due to the extensive failure in the course. I asked a friend who told me to contact Dr. Chippendale but he referred me to the faculty of arts and science (which i have yet to hear back from) as it is past the time he performed this action. I wasn't in the provence when this happened so i was unaware it was an option. I would like to request a removal of this course from my transcript please.
Academic Plan
Academic Plan: During second and third year i was suffering from major depression and i was finding it very difficult to focus on my studies. My grades this year are picking up due to the depression medication i have adjusted to which allows me to focus my time and energy on school. Now that i have a clearer mind and a better attitude towards school i'm trying my hardest to do well. Unfortunately BIOL 315 was a failure due to the lack of correspondence between our professor and students and the overall lack of organization for the course. I hope this course can be removed from my transcript so i can improve my studies and GPA which will hopefully improve my future applications.
