Petition Letter: To Whom It May Concern,
Beginning in the winter of 2018 and continuing until spring, I, Jacob ¿¿Tiz¿ MacKenzie experienced a severe mental health issue that unfortunately made me unable to attend my classes. Having acquired accommodations and obtained the proper medication and counselling, I now seek to drop the courses I missed out on, so that I can start again with a clean slate and new methods to prevent the same problems from occurring again. I have spoken to an academic advisor, and learned how I can best remain in step with my peers, and I believe the accommodations I am receiving through QSAS are exactly what I need to proceed without issue. Please do allow me to drop my courses, and thank you in advance,
