Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: I am writing to amend my appeal. At the original time of writing I stated that I was beginning the process for a Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) testing. On April 23rd, 2019 I was diagnosed with ADHD and my doctor and I have since begun the process for finding a treatment that works for me. At this point I am hoping to have a solid and effective treatment plan in place before September so that I can perform my future classes to the best of my ability. I will also submit my information to Queen¿¿s Student Accessibility Services (QSAS).
