FINAL EXAM: https://app.crowdmark.com/score/d38fdd84-1dc8-4a97-b9b6-3b2ac5fd7994
A)I am appealing the final exam marking scheme of Math 121(Winter, 2019)¿¿ Bio calculus (West Campus)
This is the only course that I¿¿m able to appeal because none of the other exams have been posted.
B)Although I was not feeling well the day of the exam as I suffered from physical illness such as lethargy and dizziness(possible endometria) as a result of my monthly female occurrences, I did try really hard to remedy the situation leading up to the exam. I know that I am limited to what I can eat at the Dining halls but it¿¿s been a very difficult time for me. I am aware that the food contributes to what I¿¿ve been experiencing and although I have special dietary needs, I understand it¿¿s hard to manage all these different student needs. I have experienced severe illness and at times have been assisted by classmates who live on West campus.
In any event, I tried my absolute best and I am confused with the marks because after considerable review, there were a lot of opportunities where I¿¿ve done the calculations and where part marks should have been given as it has been on some of the questions. The marking scheme seems rather inconsistent and I believe that part marks were missed.
c) Future plans
Over the summer months, I plan on having regular monitoring with my health care provider but most importantly I know that I have to manage my diet, exercise and sleep because I know that this contributes to the improvement of my condition which will enable me to function better in order to be successful in the coming year.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
