Petition Letter

Petition Letter: To whom this may concern,

I'm writing this letter regarding an appeal to my illness during the final exam of PSYC202 (fall term). I was suffering from a series of medical conditions and illness during the past few months. I deferred my December PSYC202 final exam to the beginning of January due to chronic gastroenteritis. I went back to my country for the relative treatments during the short winter break, but my condition was still not stable when I flew back and took the make-up final exam. Moreover, the depressant medicines that I had been taking due to my MDD have a negative effect on my stomach and other health conditions which stimulus my chronic gastroenteritis throughout the semester. I flew back for the make-up final exam on midnight, Jan4th. I was still having a fever and gastric flu at the moment, so I went to the doctor on Jan5th(doctor notes in the attachment).
My condition was still not going well and having the fever when I was taking the make-up final exam on Jan 7th. I asked the proctor TA if I can quit because I was fainting and my condition was so bad that I had no idea what I was writing. However, the TA told me there would not be another make-up final so I force myself to finish the test paper under that bad condition, and the grade is not going well. Therefore, I sincerely request for an appeal toward the CR appeal for PSYC202. Please take a minute to view my medical documentation in the attachment. Thank you so much for your time
