Petition Letter: Please accept this appeal for the Late Add. I tried to add the course before the deadline on Friday May 10th but I kept getting errors. The office was not open to help at the time. I tried again on Sunday but I was still getting errors.
I really need to retake these courses that I was not successful in during the academic year. I was overwhelmed with my course load and I was training as a varsity Athlete on the men's soccer team. Training with the varsity team required me to delegate around 5 hrs every day to training and other aspects of the team. I feel that I will be able to concentrate on these two courses over the summer and rescue my GPA because the workload will be more manageable and I will be able to dedicate more time towards my studies.
I have communicated with the faculty and there is lots of room in both courses.
Please consider my request as soon as possible so I will catch up quickly if approved.

Academic Plan
Academic Plan: My plan is to re-take the 2 courses during the summer to improve my overall GPA. Having more time in the summer to dedicate to these 2 courses will allow me to achieve my goals for the upcoming year.
