Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Petition Letter: I received an academic prohibition notification, however I believe my performance is highly influenced by a situation. In the last semester, my roommate experience a harresment by someone in the first year, and he informed the campus security as well as the police, it leads to a series of investigation on me so that I am not able to attend a lot of lectures, I have tried my best to catch it up however I still cannot make it, I spend a lot of time in talking to my lawyer to make sure I will not be charged, at the same time, the person who harresd him also send a series of threatening messages to me which tells me if I keep talking and helping my roommate about this, I will get into a big trouble. I felt very depressed and nervous last semester, my roommate's name is Yili Wang and you can actually find this record in campus security. I have tried my best to attend every lab sessions and I really hope I can have a chance to go back and continue my study, the thing happened last semester has ruined my time, I don't want to lose my chance to study.
