Petition Letter: Since last semester, I have been experiencing extenuating medical circumstances and incredible financial stress. These two factors were preventing me from eating well, learning and improve my work ethic for two years. I did not drop courses sooner because I have been told by someone from the registrar office that it will affect my OSAP income that was helping me pay for food and rent. Last semester, I have started seeking professional help from a doctor at student wellness clinic, a Counsellor and learning strategist. On March 2019, I was diagnosed with a medical condition and have started treatment. My treatment is now helping me succeeding summer school, my work ethic and health.
