Petition Letter
Petition Letter: Please help me,
I'm taking a summer course and I realize the deadline to drop was 2 days ago but I've been working full time and going through a rough mental health breakdown and I haven't done any of the work for this course at all, but I really need to drop it, there's no way I could possibly catch up and succeed in it now.
Over the past 3 years I have been working at least two jobs and been enrolled as a student the entire time (as a reservist in the Canadian Forces and some other job always). I completed a 16-month internship that I got credits for that showed up on my transcript, but at week 10 (March 2019) I found out that those credits didn't count EVEN THOUGH they showed up on my transcript. As the result of this I had to take more courses, and I decided to get them done over the summer alongside my full time employment in the summer.
Normally this pace is fine for me, and I was a pretty high-functioning mentally ill person, but after exams in April 2019 I became increasingly depressed and non-functional, spending virtually all of my free time alone in my bed with no friends or people I really knew. I am a high-performer at work, but I'm alone all the time and friendless, so my mental health brokedown and so did my ability to perform coursework. I went to the Queen's counsellors several times, so that's my proof of this issue because I don't even have a doctor and it apparently takes up to a decade to get a psychologist. I also went to the Mental Health Crisis people and the prescribed me drugs, but I only saw them twice.
What really screwed me up was the weird pacing of the summer courses, because two of the courses were longer than the two other ones, and so they overlapped, and during that period of time my life was increasingly stressful due to work and the fact that I am dealing with depression and anxiety constantly and spend a lot of time crying and alone. I don't think I handed a single deliverable in any of my courses this summer in on time, and I'm about 99 sure I failed the two courses I took earlier this summer. I haven't seen the grades out yet for them, but I'm about 99 sure that I failed them both. At this point I have too much due and I'm way too far behind in the ones that I'm currently enrolled in that there is no way I can possibly succeed in them at all.
Please help to salvage my transcript and my future. I really fucked up this summer, and I want to retake all the courses I did now again in the fall (assuming that they're all available) as I only just need 4 random classes to graduate (I've taken just about every single physics course that there is to take). I've realized at this point that I'm unfortunately forced to spend another entire semester at this institution before I can leave, so please just help me not completely ruin my life by failing four courses this badly this summer. I haven't got any learning value from the courses I'm trying to drop now, so the university has already taken my money and I've got nothing in return. Please help me save my transcript so that I don't completely ruin my life, degree, and transcript. I had a pretty good run before now.

Professional Letter Detail: I attended Queen's Counselling several times, so they would have documents. I also went to the Mental Health Crisis people (they reccomended me to the Queen's conselling) over the same issue.
