Petition Letter: Hi there, I am appealing to drop ANAT 315 after the deadline. I have been struggling with mental health for almost a year and a half now and I am not seeing any improvements. I called to scheduled an appointment with Queen's Mental Health Services in early November but there was no availability to see a doctor until January 2020. I tried to persevere through my studies but I have not been dedicated to ANAT 315, and as a result, have been absent for most classes. I do not have any documentation to prove this as I do not have my appointment until January. I want to drop this class so that in the future I am able to take it again when I am well. I have applied for appeals in the past and hope that I am able to drop this. I am going to my doctors to discuss medication changes as the one I am currently prescribed has not been working for me.
