Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

Academic Plan: I was medically diagnosed and induced into emergency 2 weeks ago and it took me out of my plans I had for in person classes. This semester I will only take one class and will be working from home online and keeping on track of my work by having a lot of free time to excel in the class. I will have frequent appointments with physicians to ensure my health maintains and so does my work ethic in the class. I believe I am healthy enough to get back on track and will make sure to catch up on all material of the course since the start and continue to stay on track and meet all deadlines appropriately.
