Re: Appeal to Add MUTH-111 after Academic Deadline Dear Board of Studies,
I am a transfer student from Mohawk College who came to Queens for the first time in September 2019. I accidently dropped MUTH-111 the Tuesday before reading week as I got insanely panicked during that whole week so as a result, failed to showed up for the midterm test for MUTH-111.
In discussion with the class¿¿s professor, Dr. Robb MacKay, it seems that he is willing to accommodate me for re-enter into the class and can make up for the midterm exam next week. We have communicated with each other through emails multiple times regarding on this issue and he told me all outstanding assignments can be submitting before the last day of classes. Dr. Robb MacKay and Dr. Richard Sanger are all willing to accommodate me for re-entering into the class.
Dr. Robb has provided a letter in support of this request and I am still attending the class on Tuesdays.
Thank you for consideration of this request,
Best,
Tracy Cui (20175123)

To The Faculty of Arts & Science,
I support Ms Cui's request for re@registration in MUTH 111. As the student reports her situation, she grew anxious leading up to the class midterm, and dropped the course as a result. As Mc Cui needs this credit to continue her intended course of study, I think it would be a shame to deny her re@registration request due to a moment of anxious decision@making.
Please contact me at rcs5@queensu.ca with any questions or concerns.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
Richard Sanger
