Petition Letter: Hello my reasoning for missing the drop date/wanting to drop the course is due to the following reasons.
1.) Death in the family
2.) Divorce of parents
3.) Extreme family conflict at home
I spoke to Spring Forsberg in Dunning Hall and she was very helpful. She told me the last day to drop a course without academic penalty after I voiced to her that I was considering dropping out due to stress. She recommended I drop a course in order to have a lighter course load.
I have not completed many assignments in Marketing and I really hope we can work together to find a solution to this problem. I any documentation is required feel free to contact me and I will obtain whatever it is you ask for.
