Submit an Academic Petition or Appeal

New Information: Hello,

I would just like to clarify a few things about my appeal.

My appeal is for COMM 324, a course I took in the Fall of 2019. I am appealing for it just now because I was previously under the impression that you needed professional documentation (in my case, documentation from my psychiatrist) to appeal. This then lead me to keep on waiting for him to get around to writing the appropriate documentation (which he actually still has not done yet). I found out later that you did not need it to submit the appeal. This is why I am appealing now.

I am still waiting on documentation from my psychiatrist.
